Payments
-
Termly invoices are sent out a week before lessons commence and are due before the first lesson of each term.
-
Lessons will not be conducted if the payments are not received.
-
Creative Kid’s Vouchers are accepted.
Absences and Make-Up Lessons
To be eligible for a make-up lesson in any format, please notify the principal teacher, Beata, via SMS at least 24 hours in advance of any cancellation.
Each student is eligible for one make-up lesson per term, offered in one of three formats according to availability:
1. Face-to-face make-up lesson — offered when another student cancels during the term. The teacher will notify the next student in line waiting for a make-up opportunity. It will be offered for students of all ages.
2. Online makeup lesson — via FaceTime at a mutually suitable time. It will be offered for ages 7+ .
3. Asynchronous make-up lesson — for busy schedules when live scheduling isn’t possible. The student records their homework performance, and the teacher uses the allocated 30 minutes to assess, correct, and provide detailed feedback (either written or video) via WhatsApp or YouTube link. It will be offered for all ages.
If your child is mildly unwell but able to have a lesson, an online lesson can be held at the regular lesson time. Please advise the teacher via sms as early as possible.
If the teacher needs to cancel, the lesson will always be rescheduled. The rescheduled lesson will be offered either face-to-face or online, depending on availability. Please note that no refunds are available for missed or canceled lessons.
